Josh Misko is an American-Canadian songwriter, producer, guitarist and music industry entrepreneur.
Misko has collaborated with Grammy award-winning artists and producers on several chart-topping records. A formally trained guitar player and vocalist, Josh is a touring musician that has shared stages with major acts across North America.
An advocate for consciousness and social change through music, Josh partners with Conscious Economics and Lunar Studios Canada, working on heart-centered music productions intended to inspire social change through art, business, and policy. He produced The Superstones' heart-warming hit single, “I Found Myself," which has garnered nearly one hundred million streams on social media and digital streaming platforms, and been featured on several major television networks and morning shows. The song has raised substantial charitable funds for organizations focused on body image and mental health awareness, such as EDIN, the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
A music business entrepreneur, Josh is an inventor and founder of The Switchlock, the patented guitar pickup lock that solves the problem of unintentionally bumping the pickup switch out of position on an electric guitar. He is also a co-founder and CEO of Incubate Talent Group, a full-service artist management firm and talent agency headquartered in Athens, Georgia. At ITG, Josh personally represents Grammy award-winning and internationally popular touring bands and producers Trae Pierce and Rose's Pawn Shop.
Misko attended Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, California, where he studied the arts of vocal performance, guitar playing, and music business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University, and is pursuing a Master of Music in Music Production from Berklee College of Music.
